It is a system used in Metro station, retaining wall, curtains, Dam , Pier ,guy anchor ,tunnel, underground car park/worshop and rebuilt areas,with single sided mold space problem
SYSTEM FEATURES:
Concrete pressure is met by the struts, horizontal belts and permanent anchors. Thus, tie- rod and opposite wall panel is not required.
As the single-sided formwork elements are connected to each other, they can be transported by means of a crane.
Wall formwork is climbed unilaterally with climbing consoles.
The production is carried out in the welding robots of EN ISO 3834-3 quality standards.

1. The first pouring
The lateral pressure is supported by bottom beam anchor system during the first concrete pouring.Embed wall anchor system which will be the most important supporting parts during the next pouring.
2.The second pouring(the first lift)
The climbing brackets are used in the second pouring, which are fixed on the anchor system in the finished wall.
3. The third pouring(the second lift)
Fix the suspend platform under the whole system, the workers can remove the tensile bolt and V- climbing cone on the platform and then fill the holes left by the V-climbing cone. The subsequent lifting is the same as the second lifting until the concrete pouring is completed.
