Tunnel Formwork is a formwork system that is used in metro stations, retaining walls, curtains, dams, piers, guy anchors, tunnels, underground car parks/workshops and rebuilt areas. The pressure of the concrete is met by the struts, horizontal belts and permanent anchors.
This system eliminates the need for tie-rods and opposite wall panels. It uses single-sided formwork elements that are connected to each other and can be transported by means of a crane. The formwork can move backward entirety which will be convenient for dismantle. The formwork can be adjusted horizontally or vertically as request. The formwork can prop to the finished concrete tightly to avoid offset or leakage.
