LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is a new construction material. It can be customised to create high value products for residential, commercial, formwork and scaffolding applications. LVL plank is a high performance more sustainable alternative to lumber, headers and columns are used in structural applications to carry heavy loads with minimum weight, manufactured in a controlled environment resulting in straighter, stronger and more uniform product compared to milled lumber, creating a more stable and reliable product than dimensional lumber because it doesn't twist and warp or shrink over time.
LVL scaffolding planks are made of complete radiate pine veneer and WBP glue, then pressed by high temperature and pressure. This LVL has advantages in high strength, stable structure, water and mould resist.
