Hydraulic self-climbing formwork cantilever climbing formwork

The power of the auto-climbing formwork comes from the hydraulic system which includes pump station, hydraulic cylinder and oil pipe . The hydraulic system can control the climbing of the climbing rail and the bracket. As a result, the steel rail and the bracket can inter-climb with the hydraulic system and the whole system will climb up steadily. Cranes are not needed during the construction. It's easy to operate, highly efficient and safe. It can climb both vertically and slantwise, therefore it is the best choice for the construction of high rise buildings and bridges.

Characteristics
1.The formwork system can climb both vertically and slantwise fast.
2.The system can climb integrally or separately. The climbing process is steady, synchronous, and safe.
3.The formwork will not be dismantled until the construction is finished. The field will be saved and the hazard of formworks'breakage will be greatly reduced.

Platforms introduction

1.Operating platform: for assembling reinforement,pouring concrete,or stacking a limited quantity of building material.

2.Main platform:for clamping,adjusting,or removing the formwork.

3.Hydraulic system platform:for operating the hydraulic system to drive the climbing of rail or the climbing bracket.

4.Suspended platform:for dismantling the anchor shoe and cone for reuse and filling the anchor hole.

5.Transition platform:the platforms between the operation platform and the main platform for fixing and removing the tie-rods or pouring concrete.
