Phenolic Film Faced Plywood uses processed 1st grade birch/ Eucalyptus veneer as middle core and applies fresh veneer layers on top and bottom of recycled middle core to be pressed into one new sheet of plywood. Introduction of procedure
Advantages :
1.According to the material chose,reuse times can be 7times more some time can be 20-30 times for formwork shuttering concrete.
2. DYNEA deck 350 brown film used phenolic glue keep the standard as SVEZA&WISA.But price much better.
3. Size and Form can according to request, Ant-slip widely used for truck&car floor,Air-box stage board.
4.Lots of clients used them together with fram formwork system can be 50~100 times.
Attention:
A.Recycled plywood is not very suitable for being cut, if you cut it there is chance to break your saw
B.Even though we carefully select 2nd hand plywood and knock off as many as possible inner rubbish. there are still remaining concrete rubbish hidden deep inside and can't be 100% cleaned.
