Considering characteristics of the large size and weight of pier formwork, the   technology should be handover to site personel before the formwork installation. The foundation of the installation formwork should be firm and smooth, ensure the operation of   lifting vertically.
As per drawing and instruction,assemble step by step. ensure the overall stability and positioning accuracy of the formwork system.
According to the formwork seq. no to assemble from the bottom to top , leveling, calibrating, check elevation height, formwork location adjusted accurately, the joint to be seamless.  Correction and measuring should carried out throughtout the process .

The connecting parts must be firmly installed and inserted, and there must be no dislocation, stuck or other flaw. When fastening the pull screw, the applying force should be appropriate, to avoid deform of formwork.

After the overall installation is completed, double check size, position and verticality should be measured to meet the design requirements. Before pouring, the surface of the formwork is cleaned and coated with the isolation agent .
