   ZEEMO Plastic formwork ZP60 is recognized as the lightest formwork system due to its medium size panel design and the application of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).
  It’s extremely easy for use due to modular design, all parts connected with universal handles even by unskilled workers. Versatile for Walls, columns, slabs can be efficiently formed with only a few panel sizes. Mostly use in residential project, apartment, canal infra project.

Brief Introduction

1. Panel sizes

 1200x600mm is the most popular panel size which is often applied in major shuttering areas.  The main panels whose widths ranging from 400mm to 180mm with 600mm height, make them possible configuration to shutter the remaining areas.  Small size panels are the additive covering for small holes or areas 50mm in their sizes increment.

2. High strength

 Intensive high ribs design, acts as built in walings to increase panel's strength. The depths of ZP 60 panel reaches 75mm-60KN/M2.

3. Pre-assembled panels

 Once pre-assembled, no need to dismantle them all for next castings.  You can keep several preassembled panels together as complete section for transportation, assembly and stripping.  Easy handling panel.
