The combined formwork is a tool-type stereotyped formwork, which is composed of several types of plates, angle formwork, supports, and connectors with a certain number of modules. It is flexible in assembly, can be assembled in a variety of sizes and geometric shapes, and has strong versatility. To better know the combined formwork solution, the following is the introduction of two mainly combined formwork solutions.

Wood formwork

Steel frame wood (bamboo) plywood formwork

Wood formwork

The wooden formwork is usually processed into the basic components of panel or stereotyped panel type in the factory or woodworking shed in advance, and then assembled to form the required formwork system.

Specification

Generally, the board with a width of less than 200mm is used for splicing, and then 25 × The 35mm splices are nailed.

Due to different use positions, the loads vary greatly, and the thickness of the splices is also different:

When used as beam side formwork, the load is small, and generally made of 25mm thick wood.

When used as the beam bottom formwork bearing a large load, the thickness of the splice plate shall be increased to 40~50mm.

The size of the panel shall be consistent with the size of the concrete component, and the length or width of a part of the panel shall be increased in consideration of the overlapping situation during splicing. Therefore, for wooden formwork, it is very important to increase its turnover times.

Steel frame wood (bamboo) plywood formwork

The steel-framed wood (bamboo) plywood formwork is a combined formwork solution that is made of hot-rolled profiled steel as the steel frame and wood and bamboo plywood as the panel. During fabrication, the surface of the panel shall be subject to certain waterproof treatment.

There are two types of connection structures between the template panel and the frame: open frame type and concealed frame type: The frame edge of the light frame type is flush with the panel, and the frame of the dark frame type is under the panel.

Specification

The specification of steel-framed wood (bamboo) plywood formwork is 2400mm in maximum length and 1200mm in maximum width.

Therefore, compared with the combined steel formwork, it has the following characteristics:

Lightweight (about 1/3 lighter than the combined steel formwork)

Less steel (about 1/2 less than the combined steel formwork)

The area of single formwork is large (40% more than that of single combined steel formwork with the same weight), so the assembly workload is small, the joint of formwork can be reduced, and the surface quality of concrete structure after pouring can be improved.

The turnover rate is high. The board surface is double-sided and can be used on both sides, making the turnover times more than 50 times

The thermal insulation performance is good, and the thermal conductivity of the panel material is only about 1/400 of the combined steel formwork, so it is conducive to winter construction.

The formwork is easy to maintain, and the damaged panel can be repaired with a repair agent.

The construction effect is good, the formwork rigidity is large, the surface is flat and smooth, the adhesion is small, and the support and removal are convenient.
