Here is the climbing process of hydraulic self-climbing formwork:
After the concrete pouring is completed → remove the formwork and move it back → install the wall-attached device → lift the guide rail → climb the frame body → bind the reinforcement → clean the formwork and brush the release agent → fix the embedded parts on the formwork → close the formwork → pour the concrete
1. For the installation of embedded parts, the climbing cone shall be fixed on the formwork with stress bolts, and the climbing cone hole shall be smeared with grease, and then the high-strength screw shall be tightened to ensure that the concrete cannot flow into the climbing cone thread. The embedded plate is screwed on the other end of the high-strength screw. The cone faces the formwork and is in the opposite direction to the climbing cone.
2. If the embedded parts conflict with the reinforcement, the reinforcement shall be properly displaced and then the formwork shall be closed.
3. Lift the guide rail, please adjust the reversing device in the upper and lower reversing boxes to be upward at the same time. The upper end of the reversing device is against the guide rail.
4. When climbing the frame, the upper and lower reversing boxes are adjusted to be downward at the same time, and the lower end is against the guide rail. (The hydraulic console for climbing or lifting the guide rail shall be operated by a specially-assigned person, and each frame shall be checked by a specially-assigned person to see if it is synchronized. If it is found that it is not synchronized, the adjustable hydraulic valve shall be controlled)
5. After the guide rail is lifted in place, the wall-attached device and climbing cone at the lower layer shall be removed for recycling.
