Project Name: Xinhe super bridge

Xinhe bridge is between Chengkou (Shandong-Hebei boundary) of Qinbin Expressway and Zhanhua Highway. The bridge was jointly built by Shandong Province and Hebei Province, started in August 2020. The total length of the project is 9.527km, the Shandong section is 7.67km, the Hebei section is 1.857km, main span 25m. Among the bridge construction, the pier need to use timber formwork system product.

After learning about the project, Shandong Zeemo team got in touch with the project leader after unremitting efforts . According to the actual situation of the project and meeting the requirements of the project party, the colleagues of Shandong Zeemo team earnestly formulated a feasible pier formwork plan with a scientific and rigorous attitude, and then presented the plan. At the request of the project party, the plan was continuously improved, and finally it was highly recognized by the project party. The project drawings are as follows:

The project use Zeemo pier timber formwork system, including the special-shaped formwork system. Its application greatly improves construction efficiency and reduces labor cost. The system is easy to construct and control the quality. Here are some onsite pictures

On January 20, 2022, Xinhe bridge held the opening ceremony. In the future, It will be integrated with the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to form a combined transport of sea&river and become the main channel in the northwest of Shandong. Its opening marks the integration of the whole line of Qinbin Expressway, and also marks the whole line of Qinbin Expressway to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and eastern provinces in the north, Jiaodong Peninsula, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai to the Bohai Bay artery in the south.
