1. Formworks above 3 meters should be installed in a staggered manner

When installing the formwork, when the column height exceeds three meters, the two formworks at the upper and lower joints of the formwork need to be installed in a staggered manner. Staggered installation can ensure the verticality and integrity of the cylinder. Since the formwork is installed in a staggered manner, the horizontal interface of the upper and lower formworks must be reinforced with steel belts. The steel belts must cover the interface horizontally and ensure that the interface is in the middle of the reinforced steel belts. This can enhance the stability of the formwork and the construction effect. When installing in a staggered manner, please carefully refer to the staggered installation method shown in the figure for on-site installation.

2. Horizontal bundling is required for fixing steel belts

Horizontal bundling can ensure that the steel belts are evenly stressed, and the upper and lower margins of the fixed steel belts are 22cm. (Installation tips: When installing the steel belts, it is best to measure the template with a steel ruler, and nail 3-4 small nails around the template at the same height. When installing the steel belts, put the steel belts on the nails to keep the installation level of the steel belts.) When installing screws, the tightness of each screw should be kept consistent, so as to ensure the consistency of the tightness of the steel belts and construction safety (installation tips: it is best to use the same person to reinforce the screws on the same column). After the templates are closed and reinforced, the bottom circular plane of the template is best 0.5-1cm away from the ground, and the seams are filled with concrete.

3. Protect the formwork

After the steel belt is installed, in order to protect the formwork, four 5*10cm wooden squares should be added vertically around the formwork, and the wooden squares should be fixed with four steel pipes. The spacing between each layer of steel pipes should be kept at 100cm. This can not only protect the wooden formwork, but also buffer the pressure of the vibrating rod, so that the concrete effect is better. At the same time, such protection is also conducive to the vertical positioning of the formwork, so that the force of the formwork forms a whole, achieving the effect of secondary reinforcement.

4. Roll concrete pouring on the formwork

Cylinder wood formwork can be poured in one go if the height is less than seven meters. It is recommended to pour in two times for heights above seven meters. The second pouring can be carried out 30-60 minutes after the first pouring.

5. Reinforcement of column head nodes

The circular formwork can be cut to any size according to its good structural performance and spliced with beam and slab formwork.

6. For beams with a smaller height, they can be connected to the circular formwork by nailing, and then reinforced with wooden squares and steel pipes.
