Recently, a Hong Kong customer needs to build a special-shaped waste treatment plant with inner diameter of 7700mm and a wall thickness of 300mm. It’s hard to find a suitable partner because of the special requirements from the customer. After several setbacks, finally the customer contacted Shandong Zeemo Construction Technology Co., Ltd. And several deep communications between the two sides achieved the cooperative relationship.
The project a waste treatment plant with inner diameter of 7700mm and wall thickness of 300mm. The shape is round, and the bottom of the sewage pool is a shape of funnel with diameter of 1500mm, rectangular bottom and length of 900mm, the formwork needs to be customized. The curved wall formwork of Shandong Zeemo Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was used after Shandong Zeemo Construction Technology Co., Ltd. accepted the project, and the engineer repeatedly discussed the scheme. And finally set for the customer figure out the following scheme, the scheme has been highly recognized by the customer.
We agreed on the delivery cycle with the customer after the plan was confirmed. Zeemo Construction was taking intensive production and a series of strict tests during the period for two weeks. Finally, in accordance with the contract requirements, the production and delivery are accomplished on time.
