Introduction to Arc Template
Arc templates are designed and produced based on cylindrical templates, and can generate different arc templates according to the actual needs of users. The arc-shaped formwork effectively solves the problem of irregular column pouring and forming in large-scale engineering, pioneering the application of arc-shaped formwork in construction. Introduction to cylindrical templates
The cylindrical wood template is a new product independently developed by the company based on the principles of fluid mechanics, which has been developed for the steel template and fiberglass template used in the construction industry for many years of production and deep processing of wooden products. It has the disadvantages of high production cost, high transportation cost, slow installation speed, occupying large mechanical equipment, and poor column forming effect during the production and transportation process. Our company's circular template is composed of two, three or more curved templates assembled together. There are convex grooves at the template interface, which can tightly bond the template, prevent grout leakage, and have a stable reinforcement effect. During the installation process of the template, a positioning and fixing steel strip is added, which not only has high strength but also good toughness, ensuring that the mold will not burst under the impact of concrete on the template; Moreover, the inner and outer surfaces of the template are made of epoxy resin film, which can make the template smooth and beautiful. In the substrate production, a large format surface is used to shape under high temperature and high pressure, so that the template has sufficient strength and is not easily deformed.
The significance of the project for Trinidad and Tobago
TRINITY sewage treatment plant can treat domestic sewage from over 50000 households. The project introduced the A/O (anaerobic aerobic) process and selected environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment, successfully solving the problem of sludge treatment in the initial debugging stage. The wastewater treated at the end can be reused as a water source, reducing the dependence on external water sources throughout the entire wastewater treatment process and lowering operating costs. After the TRINITY sewage treatment plant is put into operation, it will effectively improve the water quality of rivers and groundwater, greatly solving the current problem of insufficient sewage treatment capacity in the country. At the same time, it can also produce a large amount of crop fertilizers, which has high ecological and economic benefits.
